Top Ten Tuesday: Santa Baby, Slip These Books Under the Tree ♪

December 22, 2015
Ina Hattenhauer, Hallo Heute

There are only a few more days until the long-awaited holiday, Christmas!  Here are ten books I'm hoping to see under the tree this year . . . (even though most haven't been released yet).
But, hey, Santa can grant ANY Christmas wish, right?

♪ Santa baby, just slip these books under the tree for me ♪

This weekly feature is hosted by the wonderful ladies over at The Broke and the Bookish!

Throne of Glass #5: I told you most of the books on my list haven't been released yet.  Well, this one doesn't even have a title!  It's Sarah J. Maas's fifth book in her Throne of Glass series.  I know absolutely NOTHING about it, but I know I want it.

A Court of Mist and Fury: Yet another Sarah J. Maas book on my wish list.  I read ACOTAR back in August and positively loved it.  The book left off on somewhat of a cliffhanger and I must know what's next.

Illuminae: I've only heard positive feedback on this book.  I must get a copy and get to reading!

The Rose & The Dagger: The sequel to Renée Ahdieh's fabulous debut, The Wrath and the Dawn . . . who DOESN'T want this book?

A Torch Against the Night: The sequel to Sabaa Tahir's debut, An Ember in the Ashes!  I was very impressed with Sabaa's first book and can't wait to continue reading the storyline in her second book.

Summer Days and Summer Nights: Just look at that line up of authors!!  I love cute love stories, I love these authors, and I'M SO EXCITED.

The Unexpected Everything: Morgan Matson is one of my absolute favorite authors.  I'll read anything she'll write.  I didn't even read the summary of this book, but I know I'll love it.  And as always, another gorgeous cover to accompany her stellar writing.

P.S. I Like You: Kasie West is another favorite.  Her YA contemporary romances are so incredibly adorable, and so far, I've loved everything she's written.  I can't wait for this one!

Crooked Kingdom: Six of Crows was simply amazing.  No explanation needed . . . just give me the sequel . . . please?

The Sun, the Moon, and the Truth: Another 2016 Kasie West release?  Yes, please!

So, what books are you hoping for this year?

Happy, happy holidays, everyone!

I'm a teen with a refined taste for good books and great writing, currently living in Honolulu, HI. I'm a reader. A dreamer. And an aspirant writer. One day I have hopes to travel the world, but for now, I'll settle with venturing through the written works I read.
